Anmäl skada

Vi tillhandahåller försäkringslösningar via flera olika distributionskanaler. Skadereglering sker internt på vårt kontor i Stockholm, men även genom externa partners. Information om hur du anmäler just din skada hittar du i dina försäkringsdokument, eller genom att kontakta återförsäljaren av din försäkring.

För att underlätta och påskynda skadehanteringen är det fördelaktigt att ha all information och underlag till hands före du påbörjar din skadeanmälan. Om du saknar något kan du ändå påbörja din skadeanmälan och komplettera med uppgifter i efterhand.

Din skadereglerare finns tillgänglig för att hjälpa dig genom skadeprocessen, och göra den så smidig som möjligt.

Complaints

Our goal is to have satisfied customers, but sometimes, it happens that a customer has a different opinion than we do. If we do not deliver to high standards of service, or if we make a mistake, we want to know. We will investigate your complaint and try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

First, contact the claims handler who handled your case. A conversation can provide additional information and solve any misunderstandings. Making a complaint is free of charge and we will deal with any complaints with due care.

If you still do not agree with the claim’s decision, you have the option to proceed to AmTrust’s appeals board which can look at your case again.

The complaint will be responded to as soon as possible and if we cannot respond to a complaint within 14 days of it being received, we will contact you and explain the reason for the delay and inform you when a response can be expected.

Should you still remain dissatisfied with AISS final response, you can take your case to the Swedish general court to settle the dispute. As a consumer, you can also submit the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
